Plans does not collect anything about you.
Nothing you write in Plans is sent anywhere except your own iCloud.
Your plans live on your device. If you use iCloud, they also sync through your own private iCloud account. The app has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no account to create.
This policy covers Flowering Plans, the iPhone app that appears as Plans on your Home Screen. It is made by Luna Borgo, who is responsible for it and for this policy. From here on it is simply Plans.
Everything you put into Plans — the names of your plans and any notes on them, when they are due, which flower they grew into, whether you have tended them, the seeds you keep for later, and the history of past days — is stored on your device.
If you are signed in to iCloud, that same information also syncs through Apple's iCloud service so your garden follows you between your devices. It is written to your private iCloud database. That is your storage, tied to your Apple Account, and no one else can read it. If you would rather it stayed on one device, signing out of iCloud or turning iCloud off for Plans stops the syncing.
Your settings — your preferred times of day, chosen sounds, which calendars you connected, and whether you want the Live Activity — are stored on your device too, and stay there: they are not part of the iCloud sync.
Plans has no server of its own. The only network the app touches is Apple's iCloud, on your behalf and into your own account.
So Quiet and Nudge plans can appear on your lock screen. Notifications are scheduled and delivered on your device. Their contents are not sent anywhere.
So an Alarm-tier plan can ring even in silent mode or a Focus. This uses Apple's system alarm feature, AlarmKit, and the alarms are set and rung on your device. Nothing about them is sent anywhere.
Optional, and only asked for if you tap Connect calendar in Settings. Plans then shows your calendars so you can choose, and reads events only from the ones you tick: today's events whenever you open the app, unless you turn Sync automatically off, and the week ahead if you ask for it.
Each event is planted as a plan. Its title becomes the plan's name, its start time the plan's time, and the place written on it, if there is one, the plan's note. From then on it is stored and synced like any other plan, on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.
Plans only reads. It never adds, changes or deletes anything in your calendar, and nothing from it is sent to the developer or anyone else.
So the garden, your Lock Screen widget and your Live Activity are up to date when you next look at them. They are drawn on your iPhone from the plans already there. When this runs, nothing goes anywhere except, as always, your own iCloud.
Plans does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data, and it cannot read any of them.
Plans is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, children included.
In Plans, Erase everything in Settings removes your plans, seeds and history from your iPhone, unticks the calendars you connected, and deletes the copy in your iCloud. If another device is signed in to the same iCloud with Plans on it, that device keeps its own copy, so erase it there as well.
Without a connection, the copy in your iCloud is deleted the next time Plans is opened online, so keep the app until then.
Deleting the app removes everything it stored on that iPhone. It does not reach the copy in your iCloud, so choose Erase everything first if you would like that gone too. Nothing is held anywhere else, so there is no deletion request to send.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. Plans holds none, so there is nothing to disclose or erase. Your own copy is yours to edit or delete at any time, directly in the app.
The support page has a box for sending a note. What you type there — the message, and your email address if you choose to give one — is delivered by Web3Forms, a relay service that passes it on and does not use it for anything else. Messages are kept only as long as it takes to answer them. The box sets no cookies, and using it is entirely optional: nothing on this site requires you to identify yourself.
This website counts pageviews using Umami. It records the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and a rough idea of country and device — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no identifier that follows you between visits or between sites. It is not tied to anything in the app, and there is nothing in it that points back to you.
This is the website only. The app itself still collects nothing at all — it has no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and never sends what you write anywhere except your own iCloud.
If Plans ever changes how it handles data, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the date at the top will tell you when. If a future version were to collect anything at all, it would ask you first.
